Gunmetal black dye shows different colors in the preview screen and on the character

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

    Date & Time: July 14 2020, 3:24 PM CDT
    Frequency: Always
    World name: Coeurl
    Character name: Familiar Parable
    Retainer name: N/A
    NPC name: N/A
    Monster name: N/A
    Class/Level: Paladin / 80
    Party or solo: N/A
    In-game time: N/A
    Area and coordinates: N/A
    Housing: N/A
    Steps:
    1. Right-click an indigo summer shirt (or any dyeable equipment item), and click "Dye"
    2. Navigate to the Gunmetal Black Dye option to see it previewed on the item. The dye looks black in the preview screen.
    3. Now dye the item with this color and look at it's appearance on your character. The dye looks like a metallic gray, completely different from how it appears in the preview screen.

The color should be the same in the preview screen and how it appears on the character, and so this must be a bug. When choosing this dye I expected the color to match what the preview screen showed, and so I'm hoping this can be fixed. In the below screenshot you can see can see a clear difference in colors on the indigo summer shirt between the preview screen and what is actually shown on the character:

It's metallic black. It's reflective and is going to be affected by your ambient lighting.

I understand ambient lighting will affect the appearance of this dye, but even in areas with very little ambient light like dark caves it just looks like a darker metallic gray color. It seems like it should look much closer to how it appears in the character preview window than it currently does.
