Next healer class released should be

Chemist doesn't necessarily need to be implemented as a potion based job. It could just as easily be added as a rifle using job that shoots healing shells/bullets at allies and explosive/poison based shells/bullets at enemies. We already have a gun based job, of course, but that means little when there's multiple sword based jobs. I'd love for Chemist to originate from Garlemald, personally.

This is why I think the leader of the Bozjan Resistance being a Garlean Medic is such a large hint at the healer to come. We have never had access to one, let alone one who was so successful at it, but now hates the Garleans
