99% chance they are on one of the Japanese data centres but didn't have their duty finder set to include Japanese.

This should no longer work? i though after a 10 min or smt the languages are ignored.

I have an AUS friend who regularly encountered 1.5 hour queue times while trying to progress through Omega normal. I once waited 2.5 hours to get into one of the stormblood Alliance Raids. Even during off-peak hours, that's pretty excessive.

This issue seems to unsurprisingly affect ilevel-cheese prone duties like Normal Raids and Alliance Raids the most, so fixing that may be a reasonable place to start.

Yes i had the same issue with friends on shiva, during any time that isnt 17:00-18:00.

Honestly if its too much work or they simply dont want to, to not upset ppl, then pls, just give us a roulett for each of the raids...
