you can buy as many you want, the only restriction is the blue gear in each set, if you have the same gear, put the gear in a retainer, grab the new set.

I mean you technically can. It's a huge waste but you can buy the skip to 50, then the one to 60, and then the one to 70 in succession. Your wallet and common sense might stage a mutiny though.

You can buy as many jobs as you one per char, yes.

Yes you can buy a skip for more then 1 job, so since u bought a ninja skip then you can also buy the monk skip u want or any other job, except you can't buy skips for gatherers or crafters.
