30002: FIXED!--- TRY THIS

Going to go try this. My character was active for less than 48 hours and has been rendered useless by this error.. Makes me cry. I'll confirm if it works, or if it was just luck on your part.

Edit*: Modem Reset Method does not work for me. Damn.
