See, but from my perspective, because it's not all that complicated a rotation, I can focus more on actually watching fights unfold, general positioning, or (in the case of PvP) not getting my rear handed to me. I'm happiest in an MMORPG when I am constantly on the move - even unnecessarily. I want all frenetic actions to be associated with mobility and not rotation.

Obviously, not everyone feels this way, but bliss for me isn't constantly mashing 16 buttons in absolutely rigid succession - where one mistake blows the entire effort. It's gliding like an angry little fairy across the battlefield, leaving a trail of carefree destruction.

Also, the fan attack sounds really amazing. It's just one of those audio effects like steel boots clanking on a metal bridge or hooves on cobblestones that I want to listen to all the time.
