Cannot set up: runtime error, abnormal program termination

Hi. I am trying to install ff14 to my laptop (windows 10) and I kept getting this error message. I have tried installing updates for windows and clean boot, but neither worked for me. The only time I was close is that I registered another windows account and manage to somehow install the launcher (but the two accounts have the same configurations so I don't know why this is the case). When I switched back to my main account and tried to install the game, I received an error message saying 'unable to complete version update [30419][19901][22]'. So I switched again to my new account to see what would happen. It worked for a short while (downloading the game), but it still pops up errors from time to time (which paused the download and cause me having to download everything from the start again). I wasn't able to find any solution on this forum (although many seemed to have the same problem), I am wondering how could I play it with my main windows account?

It seems very strange for me because the two accounts are on the same laptop and are with the same settings. I really hope there's a way to solve it.

I figured out what's the problem - when i was installing windows 10 they set onedrive as the default saving, so no matter what I save it automatically goes under the 'onedrive' file. I was unable to save the files anywhere else and unable to cancel the settings. So I just factory reset my laptop (as I only got it recently I didn't lose much). Be careful of online drives, especially onedrive if you're using windows- they are a plague that you cannot get rid of.
