High-end Duty Finder

Can someone please explain how to unlock it? I can't find any information online. Well, I found something from 2015 telling the dungeons you have to unlock in order for it to become available, but I've unlocked everything on that list and High-end Duty is still greyed out. Is there a quest I've missed or something? Thanks.

The only high end duties at any given time are the current extreme trials and savage raids for the patch. If you don't have Eden 5-8 savage or Ruby Weapon EX and a spoiler trial unlocked, you won't have anything under high end duties.

Also, as a general rule, most "high end" duties are run via the party finder, not the duty finder. For most of them if you were to just que, you could sit there for a week or more and never see a pop. And even if a group did form, you would likely watch the group fail because they werent ready and quickly disband. Party Finder lets you pre-form a group for any duty in the game(including chatting with the party members as the group fills), as well as search which groups are currently open to see if any meet your needs.
