Black screen when exiting FF14

Been having this problem since about 2 weeks ago , but its getting frequent and I had to end ff14 using task manager every time this happens . Can someone share any useful info to troubleshoot this problem ?

I never upgrade my pc or anything . Ive tried logging out and exit , logging out in the inn and exiting the game somewhere unpopulated and the bug/problem still persist . Any ideas whats the issue ?

Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
