Is it even possible to hit 0 Leve Allowances??

Now I'm a casual player, so I don't really plan on testing this, but I've noticed it's difficult, even when I'm playing regularly, to get my leve allowances under 90.

Has anyone been leve-ing so much that they've been able to maintain 0 allowances??

Is it even possible to, after leaving the game for a week? a month?

Edit: NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING. I love that I don't ever have to worry anymore~~~

Battle leves take a bit longer than other leves. If you spam mining leves, for example, while doing nothing but teleporting back and forth...0 is pretty easy to hit. You can do 2 mining leves in around 5-10 minutes, which means 12 will only take you roughly half an hour. You only get 8 a day so yeah. Pretty easy.
