Is it even possible to hit 0 Leve Allowances??

I do leves often and still can't get to 0 xD

I hit 0 all the time. I'm using the leves to help grind out the luminary achievements. I am kind of ashamed to say it, I once did all 99 leve allowances in one day >.>

if you actualy do leves for achievments like some of us do, yes, very easy to hit 0

also those who solo level tend to be at 0 quite often

Yes...all you have to do is complete leves faster than they come back. I regularly run out of leves, then I take a break and let them build up again.

I hit 0/99 leves 3 times when I was leveling miner to 50 (waited for them to regenerate full between each time), then waited till they regenerated back to 99 and hit 0 again when leveling botanist. It's quite possible to do it as I have done it 4 times now, but it required several hours of leves each day.

Its very easy for players who play all the time every day, but I'd imagine itd be VERY difficult to do as a casual player.

I do it everyday. If i get backed up, they get burned down on the weekends.

Highest i've ever been since they added allowances was around 50, after being out of town about a week. I was always good about doing my 16 leves per 48hr and then 36hr, so i guess i was already in the habbit lol.

I hit 0 Local Leves all the time, just spam leves in town
I never touch Regional leves.

I burned through a bunch of leves leveling archer from 16-50. I had about 40 left over taking into consideration getting 8 per day. After that I burned through the rest in 3 days leveling botany from 30-45. So yeah, it's quite possible. :P
