    Incentives to tank and heal need to be buffed significantly

    So as a tank right now after I complete the daily the incentive to queue when something says (need a tank) is just laughable. The incentive is 7,000 gil. Maybe when the game first last that might have been good but it needs to be buffs far far more.Fair amount I think would be 50,000 gil. This also applies to healers. No matter the queue after you finish the daily reward the extra incentive to fill a certain role is laughable across the board.

    This needs to be fixed. Every other MMO I have seen puts large rewards for filling certain role slots. The current 7,000 gil is just not going to do it. This especially applies if I am capped on currency by Thursday. The difference between dps and heal/tank queue times is extremely significant and can be addressed easily.

    50,000 gil is ridiculous when you consider just how many duties will be listed as need bonus tank. At 50k gil you could run 4 a day and be making 200k. Which is far too much gil to be earning just because you tanked. (plus the normal gil from running the dungeon at all)
    And lets face it, the average content that you could choose to run that would allow for bonuses is laughably easy as a tank or healer.
    The incentives are just fine. Your reward for tanking/healing is damn near instant-queues as it is.

    Plus adding gil into the game willy nilly tends to cause economy issues. Inflated pricing, etc.

    There is no need for the game to hand you that much money per bonus run.

    need also gives you free materia for leveling and 24mans which depending the prices is at least worth 50k

    Well, the game already has a problem with too much Gil production and no Gil sink, no?

    How much do you need to give to make players want to do tank jobs if there is nothing to spend Gil on in the first place? It is not like you can buy a house with it,

    What other awards would you like to see? Tomestones only help so little given the weekly cap, unless you farming the uncapped secondary tomes.

    Perhaps they can produce some sort of WT token systems where filling in the needed roles gives you a token to be traded for various rewards of YOUR choice. Like that moogle event but with a much larger prize pool?

    There are also tank-mounts, aswell was cracked clusters (aka: materia of your choice) as rewards for tanks (while the later can also be achieved by healers and dps, since its tied to the "Adventurer in need"-bonus). On top of that you usually get faster queue-times as tank or healer than you do as dps.

    As someone whos maining Paladin since 2.0 I think the strongest incentive to play a tank - or healer, or dps - should be that you want to play that job. I dont main a tank because I want those gil or the mounts, but because I enjoy playing that job - not everyone enjoys playing a tank (or healer. Or dps.), but I doubt that even more rewards will motivate a lot of people to play a job they dont actually want to play.
    ...and if you're only in the tank-buisness to get some extra goodies and not because you enjoy the job, maybe you should look for a different job to play? One that you actually enjoy for its gameplay and mechanics, not for some extra reward?

    Tanking and Healing is laughabel easy, at the very least in dungeons. Theres nothing about it that warrants "special treatment" or special rewards, tanks and healers dont have it any harder than dps-jobs - there are just less people that like playing tanks and healers, so the incentives are there to motivate at least the odd person to run their roulette as one of those jobs. If the rewards arent good enough for you (...seriously, the fast queue times alone are good enough for me!), you can always decide that you rather stick to dps?
    Trust me: 50k gil wont get a lot of people into roulettes - DRK didnt manage to convert a lot of people to tanking, and gil are pretty much useless in the first place. The truth simply is that more people enjoy playing dps and you can only do so much to convince them to play a job they dont want to play. And honestly: I dont think having a lot of tanks who are only in it for the reward is a good idea or will make for very pleasent dungeon runs - same goes for healers.

    50k is overkill. I rather they focus on making the roles more engaging to play instead of tryingbto bribe people into playing them.

    tank-has enough lol auto qs+bonuses non stop+mounts for each job
    Healer-does it needs a mount reward for so many high ends like the tanks get

    Isn't the instant queue incentive enough? XD

    I think Tanks are fine as they are tbh, maybe Healers could do with a little more of a nudge, and I'd personally love to see some Healer mounts like the Tank mounts.

    Giving more Gil isn't much of an incentive. Any amount of Gil that would be enough of an incentive would be too much to give out in a daily roulette.

    Tanks are already spoiled enough as it is. They already get a bunch of mounts just for running content.

    Healers get....a unicorn. At lv.30. And a pat on the back? I guess?

    Both get instant pops. Lately, it's healers getting more so than tanks. I'll take that over gil any day.

    You also get materia that sells anywhere from 10k-30k each depending on server.

    Well tbh my healer doesn't get instant pop any more been getting 9min qs on white mage my warrior however its like 5 seconds pop lol
