A construct which is derived from the CYMK model no less.The first is incorrect, at least in the context of the second statement. Cyan, magenta and yellow are primary paint colours since you can create all colours out of them. You cannot create all colours out of red, yellow and blue pigment. The only contex where red, yellow and blue are primary colours is in the kindergarten introduced colour wheel which is mostly just a social construct rather than a useful tool.
