Head to Kugane.
Go to the guy who puts you in Eureka.
Just beyond him should be a few more NPCs on a red deck/dock.
One of them should sell "replicas" of Eureka weapons.
He doesn't stock everything, just the steps you've finished.
Like, he won't have a replica for Galatyn +1 or Galatyn +2 (for PLD), but he will have one for Galatyn Anemos once you've had Gerolt make it.
Are you wanting to make the Eureka weapon look like something else, or make something else look like the Eureka weapon (in which case you're thinking of putting it in the glamour dresser)?
If you're making it look like something else, you just apply the glamour as normal - it doesn't affect stats.
If you're applying its appearance to something else, besides picking up the replicas described above, you can just directly apply it to something else in your inventory. Right-click/Square on the target item, select Glamour, select the relic.
If there isn't a replica of the form you want, and you want to upgrade the weapon further but have that appearance, I'm pretty sure you can make a second of the same weapon all the way from the base weapon, upgrade it and just leave it at the stage you want. But I guess you can't have two at the same stage at the same time, unless maybe if you temporarily hold one with a retainer while the other is upgraded beyond.
