Stop ignoring the Armoire!

No, only items related to achievements can be placed there (like seasonal event items and AF1 gear sets for example). Mogstation/FFXIV Store exclusive stuff cannot, because there's no achievement related to those items. This is why every single seasonal event gives you an achievement when you finish it's quest, so you can place the glam there and also be able to rebuy the same items from the Calamity Salvager

Putting stuff up for sale is very tedious.

You have to manually write down all the current prices of the stuff you want to sell.
Then go over to your retainers and put it up for sale.

If you have a lot of stuff you wanna sell and multiple retainers it makes it even more tedious because it takes ages to switch between retainers.
I made a separate thread about the retainer menu a few months ago.

You don't have to write it down, there's the option to see current pricing when you are listing an item.

You can check the MB prices from the retainer selling screen by clicking on the Compare Prices button in the top right corner. There's no reason to have to write anything down.
