Unable to Play after Maint (6 Apr 12)

I am unable to play after this maint due to the fact that I can't talk to npc's without the game glitching. I can't teleport, return, logout or change jobs. There are no enemies or npc's to be found outside of the cities. I have tried relogging multiple times with no change. Anyone else having these issues?

Im having the same problem, I can't return,Teleport etc.. and I got on my chocobo and rode out to a high level mob area.. The Mobs are not popping up on my screen. No one in my pt shows up on the map. and this is happening at camp CedarWood ... I have not been to Gridania area or Uldah but darn it I can't get there cause I can't port or return ;(.. C'mon SE get your things together..

Steps: Logged in after maintenance, NPC's will not admit me to the inn, give quests etc. Am unable to return, teleport, change job, equip weapons, change gear, logout (using the menu or /logout) or use macro commands to change equipment.
I can also go into high level areas and no enemy mobs, npc's or Aetheryte appear. Upon improper shutdown, mobs will return. I can be killed but when I attempt to return to homepoint, I am raised where I died weakened to be killed again.

Steps:
I logged in the game right after the maintenance and tried to return to Ul'dah. It proceeded to teleport me, but it did not complete the process. I tried to board the airship to Ul'dah, but that did not work either. After trying to teleport I could not exit game, mount chocobo, switch class or accept party invites.
