For one, if you queue as a class, you should be stuck AS THAT CLASS.

Completely disagree.
PvP is a useful levelling tool.
I que as what needs EXP and swap to what I intended to play either way.

Also, if people care about composition being able to swap to accommodate your team is invaluable. Like, I usually go BRD, but if I see we don't have a tank I'll do it.
We have the tools to make a balanced party right here, people just don't care.
