Friend is on my Friend List but I’m not on his

Steps:
1. Issue is both in-game and in Lodestone
2. I accepted friend invitation from my friend’s alt 2 weeks ago
3. I can see him just fine on my own friend list, but he can’t see me on his, both in-game and on Lodestone

Is it possible he accidentally deleted you from his list? After a friend invite is accepted, Person A can still be on person B's friendlist even if A removes B from their list
