I'd like to be able to manually lower my level in order to practice lower level rotations, see older animations and maybe gain exp on low level content that doesn't already sync you.

I would like to replace every white mage iteration of stone with stone one. Honestly stone one looked so much better then two three and four to me. But I never see it, because its gone before dungeon levels start.
using old shots form MCH would be cool even if HOT shot generating battery doesnt make any sense lore wise
I would indeed like machinist and others to stop hopping for no reason. How does the hop help your aiming? who knows, propably Rostnsthal knows. There are other classes with hopping and not all of them are even upgrades. Why, oh Why?
I like the hopping animations of MCH. But I do want the option to use lower level animations and cut animations for gpose
I would love to see this, but also have cut animations, there are so many fantastic looking abilities that got cut, if they have no plans to implement them back in, then I would accept a job action glamour system of a sorts, lets players customize how their actions look to their leisure, wouldn't mind being able use unheated shots at 80, or be able to replace Souleater with Power Slash or Rampart with Shadowskin, or Quick Nock with Wide Volley, stuff like that.
Yeah... I would be so much more interested in playing NIN if I didn't absolutely hate the Naruto run. I get some people really like it but it's just not my bag.
Or Scourge’s animation. RIP.
I wish we could toggle animations. I actually preferred the unheated MCH animations. Clean Shot felt more impressive as a combo finisher when it was the only one doing a spinny twirl.

+1 to Iscah. I don’t necessarily hate any of the animations, but the amount of flash and glitter makes it impossible to see what’s going on.
