I refuse to play with people who have a difference in Morality, the OP has a toxic Morality, which is bad for any game, it's why World of Warcraft is no longer tolerable.

I disagree with your opinion since there is a level boost, Randoms under level 70. Since many people are boosting white mage and other healing classes apposed to leveling them normally since the game encourages having all classes leveled max for rewards.

So any Random leveling or sub 80 content expect to find new Healers and tanks.

As for Pure Healer, you're going to see more, as WOW is a sinking ship. And ESO and FFXIV are gaining subs during the failing of WOW. Just like when WOD dropped and millions left WOW in 2015 for FFXIV, the same is happening now. Guess what, these new players come from the Pure Healer mentality. So either join a group you trust, or risk playing with people who have not played here since 2014.

BTW, Fresh blood is good for an MMO. So I'm in the camp of acceptance.

Good if personalities clash it's best to avoid where possible, least that is healthy for you.

Your attitude is actually more toxic to the new player than mine is, because you accept bad play, bad play continues, devs have always accounted for the lowest denominator, atm it is so low on healers and tanks veterans are leaving for other things, this is more unhealthy than telling new players you need to start doing things a specific way(dps on healers as the biggest example).

Guess what FFXIV is not WoW, those pure healers have to learn how healers function in FFXIV and that is atm 60-90% DPS with the minority 10-40% being heals. Pure healers work the same way a tank spamming 1 aoe combo works, and neither should be tolerated let alone accepted.

Anyone that accepts people being afk for 60-90% of their time is far far more toxic than someone telling them to put out DoTs, as that person wants them to get better whereas the accepting person let's them stay bad.

I'll happily teach someone new mechanics in dungeons at any level lv15-lv80(usually after 1st wipe or killed boss so people can get blind runs if were attempting that), but I outright refuse to teach someone how to do their job at lv61+ they should know and if boosted learn it before entering duty finder, it is not on the game alone to do this, there are guides to jobs, there are avenues to ask in game, there is a website to look up how it functions, there are forums/reddit/twitter, so so so many avenues for someone to seek help, if they refuse all that for playing their job blind I ain't putting up with it after a certain point.
