After several days of fiddling with my drivers, I've finally resolved the issue.

As my laptop has both an integrated and a dedicated GPU, there was an issue between the two communicating when "passing the buck" to the other. So switching from the Intel card to the Nvidia card had some sort of issue that was causing issues across a lot of my games. After trying to update the drivers on the Intel card several times without success, I tried completely deleting the drives via the Device Manager (Windows Key > Type "Device Manager" > Select Device Manager > Navigate to Display Adapters > Right Click on Intel HD Graphics > Select "Uninstall Device" > Follow prompts and restart computer) and upon reboot, my system reinstalled the Intel Graphics drivers automatically, with a new version (Old was from 2017, new was from 2018). After doing this, everything worked perfectly.
