Extend duration of "Sharper Fang and Claw" and "Enhanced Wheeling Thrust" to 15 s

In Patch 5.0 this was introduced:

To improve player usability, the time frame within which players must execute actions to continue or complete combos has been extended.

This increased the time to complete a combo from 10s to 15s, however the extended combo for DRG available under the effect of Blood of the Dragon is only available under the effects of "Sharper Fang and Claw" and "Enhanced Wheeling Thrust" , granted by Chaos Thrust or Full Thrust respectively. These buffs are only 10s long. This means DRG has 15s for part of their combo but only 10s for the rest. Please adjust accordingly.

This is the exact same issue monk had due to it's forms only lasting 10 seconds. There is zero reason why this should still be the case for Dragoon when they extended monks timers.

Can really tell which jobs they don't play much.
