Please allow melee Ranged Attacks to not interrupt/break combos!

While being a melee purist has its charms, I'd love if monk was given a Geese Howard hand energy wave thing next expansion.



Firing energy projectiles out of your hands is kind of just part of the fantasy side of martial arts so it seems like a natural fit. They kind of realized that when they added Enlightenment, though that's more an AOE competitor with Forbidden Chakra and the niche of a GCD ranged attack is still open.

They could add a ranged attack for monk that consumes 1 Chakra per use as opposed to forbidden Chakra that costs all 5

MNK even has a Ki attack with Elixir Field, there really shouldn't be any reason why they can't have a Hadouken-esque ranged attack, I'd even be ok if it used a Chakra stack but didn't break your combo.
