    On to the actual job idea, here are my thoughts and questions:
    -Blood Pact, Damnation, and Soul Power/Heal are good starting points.
    -Does Pain just take a chunk of HP or does it lower your Maximum HP by 20%? If the former, it's kind of a pointless cost, seeing as you could just heal yourself. If the later, that's okay then. I would stick to the party boosting effect. Being able to lower the Vitality/HP of enemies would be broken or they would make bosses/trials/raids immune to it, making it useless.
    -Soul Reaver doesn't need a healing effect if it's only going to be used near the end of a fight.
    -You might want another way to gain Souls, seeing as the only way you have listed can only be used if an enemy target is at 15% or lower.
    -What abilities does Soul Transfusion activate/light up? Also, with this last expansion, job resources are usually lost when you leave an area/instance, so killing an enemy to activate it before a raid fight probably isn't going to fly.
