PvP is kind of a mess because sadly are large amount of people only queue for the rewards and win or lose they get a reward. It sucks when you end up on a team like that and wish to try to win, and only be called a try hard.

You can do everything in your power if no one is willing to listen then it will be an up hill battle sadly. Though for every loss someone is a winner so keep at it you will get groups that listen and others that do not.
