Fast Burst Healer with Delayed Heals and some Stance-Dancing

TL;DR version
Chemists with item-launching hand cannons.
Basic heals and damage are instant but require the user to load different cannonshells to use. 2 Shells can also be mixed via certain Abilities to make different effects.
Place healing bomb effects called Burst Heals on partymembers that you can manually set via abilites, let the timer run out, or when the affected goes down to 60% HP or less.
Has a stance Ability that changes several Weaponskills and offensive Abilities into healing Spells and Abilities.
Special Mechanics
Shells
Using special Shells as ammunition, Medics can change the properties of their Blast Mortar and Scatterburst skills and as a cost for Mix.
Potion Shells have healing properties, Grenade Shells have destructive properties, Ether Shells have supportive properties.
Shells have 1 second cast times. Potion and Grenade Shells have 1 second cooldowns, while Ether Shell has a 60 second cooldown.
Mix Effects
Potion Shell + Potion Shell: X-Potion Shell: Heal a selected target. Potency of 700.
Potion Shell + Ether Shell: Toxic Shell: Damage a selected target over 33 seconds. Potency of 40.
Potion Shell + Grenade Shell: Lifewater Shell: Place a Regen-like effect on all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user for 24 seconds. Potency of 100.
Ether Shell + Ether Shell: Shelter Shell: Decrease Magical Damage all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user receive by 10% for 15 seconds.
Ether Shell + Grenade Shell: Protection Shell: Decrease Physical Damage all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user receive by 10% for 15 seconds.
Grenade Shell + Grenade Shell: Pineapple Shell: Damage a selected target and all enemies with in 5 yalms. Potency of 300.
Modern Medicine
Using the ability Modern Medicine, Medics can turn several of their Weaponskills and offensive Abilities into healing Spells and Abilities.
Affected Skills
Apex Blast: Turns into a basic oGCD, single-target heal.
Frag Grenade Shell: Turns into a basic oGCD, AoE heal.
Prime: Grants the user a buff that changes depending on if Modern Medicine is on or not.
Sunburst: Turns into a spell that places a Burst Heal effect on a targeted partymember.
Virtue Multiplication: Grants the party a buff that changes depending on if Modern Medicine is on or not.
Burst Heal
Medics can place delayed healing effects called Burst Heals on their patients.
A target can only have 1 Burst Heal effect on them at a time, with stronger ones overwriting weaker ones.
Burst Heal effects go off when the target's HP gets to 60% or lower, when the effect's timer ends, or uses an ability that ends the timer.

Shows what Shell the user currently has in their cannon, what Shell they have stored via Stash, what effect the two shells will produce via Mix, and if Modern Medicine is turned on/off.

-Grenade Shell: GCD Ability. Loads a shell into the user's cannon with destructive properties. 1 second cast time. 1 second cooldown
-Potion Shell: GCD Ability. Loads a shell into the user's cannon with healing properties. 1 second cast time. 1 second cooldown.

-Blast Mortar: GCD Weaponskill. Launches the shell loaded in the user's cannon, with the effect changing depending on the shell. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
Ether Shell: oGCD Ability. Restore 500 MP to a selected partymember.
Grenade Shell: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Potency of 140.
Potion Shell: GCD Spell. Heal a selected target. Potency of 400.
-Scatterburst: GCD Weaponskill. Launches a volley using the shell loaded in the user's cannon, with the effect changing depending on the shell. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
Ether Shell: oGCD Ability. Place a Burst Heal effect on all partymembers within 15 yalms of the user for 15 seconds. Potency of 450.
Grenade Shell: GCD Weaponskill. Damage all enemies with in 5 yalms of the user. Potency of 140.
Potion Shell: GCD Spell. Heal all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user. Potency of 300.
-Chemist: oGCD Ability. Allows the user to select 2 Shells (regardless of cooldown) and preforms their Mix effect. Instant cast time. 200 second cooldown.
-Dispensary: oGCD Ability. Automatically loads the next shell the user uses 3 times (Effect Duration: 15 seconds). Effect ends early if the user uses a different shell. Instant cast time. 90 second cooldown.
-Mix: oGCD Ability. Can only be used if the user has both a shell loaded in their cannon and stored via Stash and uses them up. Produces an effect that changes depending on what 2 shells where used. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
-Stash: oGCD Ability. When first used, allows the user to store their next Ether, Grenade, or Potion Shell. Once a shell is stored, press again to load the stored shell into the user's cannon. Instant cast time. 15 second cooldown.
Healing Skills
-Burst Projection: oGCD Ability. Forces the timer on all Burst Heal effects the user has placed to end. Instant cast time. 1 second cooldown.
-Modern Medicine: oGCD Ability. Stance. Changes several of the user's Weaponskills and Offensive Abilities into Healing/Supportive Spells and Abilities. Instant cast time. 1 second cooldown.
-Physician: oGCD Ability. Decrease damage a selected partymember receives by 10% for 15 seconds. Additionally, places a Burst Heal effect on the target for 15 seconds. Potency of 400. Instant cast time. 60 second cooldown.
-Smelling Salt: oGCD Ability. Resurrect a fallen target into a weakened state. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown.
-Vitality Burst: oGCD Ability. Forces the timer on all Burst Heal effects the user has placed to end and double the amount of HP healed. Instant cast time. 90 second cooldown.
Offensive Skills
-Alkahest Shell: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Additionally, deals damage over 30 seconds. Potency fo 30 for both the initial hit and Damage-over-time. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
-Sunburst: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Potency of 100. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
Combo: Blast Mortar > Sunbrust: Potency of 200.
+ Modern Medicine: GCD Spell. Place a Burst Heal effect on the selected target for 15 seconds. Potency of 600.
-Apex Blast: oGCD Ability. Damage a selected target. Potency of 200. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown
+ Modern Medicine: Heal a selected target. Potency of 500.
-Frag Grenade Shell: oGCD Ability. Damage all enemies with in 8 yalms of the user. Potency of 200. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown
+ Modern Medicine: Heal all partymembers with 15 yalms of the user. Potency of 200.
-Tallboy: oGCD Ability. Damage all enemies with in 8 yalms of the user. Then heal all partymembers with in 15 yalms equal to the highest amount of damage done (includes Critical and/or Direct hits). Potency of 400. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown

-Evasive Blast: oGCD Ability. Propels the user 7 yalms in the next direction they input (Effect Duration: 5 seconds). Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown.
-Prime: oGCD Ability. 21 seconds, grant the user an effect that changes depending on if they have Modern Medicine activated. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
Modern Medicine Off: Increase the affected's Direct Hit rate by 5%.
Modern Medicine On: Increase the affected's Healing Magic Potency by 15%.
-Safeguarding Burst: oGCD Ability. Replaces all Burst Heal effects the user has placed with a barrier that will absorb damage equal to 120% of the amount that would have been healed. Instant cast time. 90 second cooldown.
-Virtue Multiplication: oGCD Ability. For 15 seconds, grant all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user an effect that changes depending on if they have Modern Medicine activated. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
Modern Medicine Off: Increase Damage done by the affected by 2%.
Modern Medicine On: Decrease Damage done onto the affected by 5%.
