Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
2) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
3) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
4) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

Hi Rhaervis,

Sorry for the late reply work got in the way of trying what you suggested, after trying it all it's still just as bad.

I have slowly upgraded my GPU, CPU, motherboard and ram since the start of the year but i've tried to ignore it so long i can't remember if it was there before the upgrades or not. The GPU came OC and reverting it back to stock settings didn't change anything.
