PC Shutting down during Hades EX and Shiva Savage transition (cutscene)

Hello there, Im having an issue where my computer restarts when I get to the transition on E8s or Hades P3. Until now I have tried:

    -Reinstalling windows
    -Reinstalling game
-Downgrading my GPU driver to an older version (was up to date)
-Testing PSU/GPU/CPU/RAM/Temp issues with stress test
    -Updating my BIOS

I have this issue only with FFXIV and only on those specific transitions, since 2 weeks I haven't been able to kill Shiva. Can anyone try to help me to fix this? Im out of ideas.

Knowing your PC specs would help.

Have you tried reinstalling Direct X and/or switching between DX9 and DX11 on the launcher?

    Those are my specs:

    CPU: Intel i7 2600
    GPU: RTX 2060 6GB
    Moba: AS Rock H61M-HG4
    RAM: (4x2) Kingston DDR3
    PSU: Cooler Master Elite 500W

Is the game still playable with DX9? I thought they had discontinued DX9 when they updated the launcher.

I reinstalled my windows and installed DX again, so that shouldn't be it, as for trying to run the game as DX9 I have not tried it yet will try that after work and get back to you. Thanks for trying to help tho

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
