Not including the gil rewards for completing weekly challenges, selling off the tomestone mats, materia etc

If you combine roulette with treasure maps, hunts even more gil

Crystarium crafting leves will give you a minimum of ~1-2m for 100 leves/HQ hand ins.

That's practically a day job. I get maybe Levelling and Alliance roulettes done most days, and the odd trial roulette.
All of that before you do any actually enjoyable content. That's definitely, as Jin put it, no life mode.

Look, I barely play the game these days and have stopped crafting for the MB. So most of my gil income is currently coming from the system.

If you don't want to do roulettes, there are Treasure Maps. Even the old maps like Gazelleskins will net you quite a bit before selling the crafting mats.

I get that some players don't enjoy grinding out for gil but at the same time, it's not difficult to make 3m a week.

And I'm saying, making vast amounts of gil isn't so important to me that I would do all of that, consuming maybe 5 hours a day, and that's why I'm not a multi millionaire.
To explain to you and dispel your incredulity at me being a relative peasant and therefore not overly concerned with marketboard profits.

As I said earlier, I'll vend anything that's not listed for at least 1,000g on the MB, or I guess in some cases anything that's not at least 1,000g more than its vend price, although the vast majority of these things sell for tens of gil anyway. If it's less, then I'll just vend it.
It boggles me that people list items for vendor price, or less in some cases, but for some reason they do...
