    Thank you for the reply.

    Are you able to try a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

    Yea i think the launcher only cant sync with Billing iCafe
    Can the game solved for this one ?
