Continuing FFXI Monthly Fee Discount

I had no idea, I thought XI players who bought XIV were getting the discount. I guess SE was a bit misleading in that regard.

So scratch that. Still, a complementary month or free reactivation would be a nice incentive. Not sure if I'm going back now since I'd have to buy Abyssea and pay the standard fee.

I'm sure there was going to be a discount back when they were going to charge for FFXIV. But since XIV been free since release, SE hasn't applied the discount. Basically you can use the money you're saving not paying for XIV to play XI. That's only "discount" you're going to see for awhile.
