They don't read the forum easy.

The forum has its own share of problems, though it's nowhere near as hostile as a portion of the FFXIV community that flocks to Twitter and reddit. At least here if people get too far out of line they're actually dealt with by the moderation team. The same can not be said of the other branches that I mentioned. I've seen numerous death threats and horrid accusations go utterly unpunished on other social media sites. So it always leaves me rather baffled when this forum is made out to be some awful place by comparison.

I was wondering if it would be possible to create the original Artifact Armor sets from Final Fantasy XI into Final Fantasy XIV either through a special Final Fantasy XI event like when FFXI R2 comes out or even as Cash Shop glamours?

I know I'd pay some good money for some nostalgic FFXI armor glam I figure if we get some FFXI gear from Eureka, why not add in the AF sets?

I've so many questions lol. I love talking game ideas as a fun hobby, hence my silly post count and the majority of it centered around gameplay/feedback, and so I would probably attempt to peacefully steal as much time as I was allowed talking about things being created/getting excited talking about potentials- assuredly getting kicked out XD.

However... assuming the premise for this one question is it's public, and that they'll answer with as pure of clarity and honesty, I'd probably avoid certain types of negative questions like my salt topics about housing or blue mage (things I'd love to try and 'present my case' on even if it was futile for this game due to whatever reason and only maybe effective for the next FF mmo in 2 to 10 years lol). Since I'd probably really want to turn it into a conversation, politely of course.

So I don't know maybe something like:
"Can we potentially see a job that transforms as it's main gimmick in the future? How can I encourage this decision tree?" or "Is there or will there be any plan/intention to update classic FF elements like Airships, perhaps personal, or Chocobos, maybe with like hot and cold or chocobo paradise?" and look I've already cheated and asked two questions. O_O;;

Beyond that, that there are worse places to get your feedback, I do feel they actually read or at least 'hear of' the forums, I'm not sure if they get short quips, or if there are full on translations, or if someone on the team is able to read in English and does it occasionally (though they did hire a few people who are quite capable of translating too, so I doubt they 'never' translate forum goings- just not sure what the rules are for it lol). Since things take a while to get from spark to finish I think sometimes people might feel it doesn't happen, and we rarely get feedback from the devs on our posts themselves, but there are number of examples I can think of that I feel they certainly did listen and are aware. Also long ago Yoshida did say they spend quite a bit of time absorbing the feedback from their forum(s), though that was long enough ago their protocol may have changed but it was said.

Why do you guys never answer or address healer concerns and consistently exclude or give minor timeslots during liveletters? it's always either dead silence or a single line on a slide to the effect of "healer jobs have been adjusted", while generally DPS and tanks get dedicated sections explaining what is changed and why, or at least alluded to.
