Updated crafting macros for lower level players?

So I have come back to the game after a long absence and have forgotten so much about the game. My crafting jobs are in the lvl 50-60 range and i've noticed that all of my macros are busted as so many skills have been removed.

Searching online for updated macros only seem to yield results for the higher level stuff. Everything else for the lvl 50 players all have the old macros with skills no longer available.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Leveling goes so quickly and the number of different gear combinations players use while leveling is so large it's hard to create one size fits all macros, especially if the goal is to maximize HQ chance to increase XP earned.

If quality is not a concern, use Muscle Memory (if you've learned it) followed by Veneration then Basic Synthesis until complete. If Veneration drops off and you're not close to finishing progress, use it again.

If quality is a concern, your best option is to use Teamcraft to play with rotations so you can create macros tailored to your stats and what you're trying to make. There's a "create ingame macro" option once you find a rotation that works with what you' want to make. You'll be able to update your macro as you get better gear and learn new actions instead of needing to rely on other players to make a new one for you. You also get a better understanding of what your actions do so if you end up in a situation where your macro won't work, you'll have a better chance of completing the craft using your own knowledge and skill.

You don't need to set up an account to figure out a rotation. You only need to set up if an account if you want to save settings or use the more advanced features.

As a side note, I would highly recommend Ishgard Restoration if you intend to rely on macros for leveling. That way your macro and gear will only need to be updated as you switch to the next recipe every 10 levels.

Thanks for this, your guide is a godsend re-returning after having to buy a new PC and I lost all my UI and macro's this really helps.

Assuming you have gear relative to your level and around 350 CP this rotation should get you to the Prudent skill where you will remove the Waste Not and replace the touch spam with prudent spam. It's not optimized, it's not pretty. It works
