Help Lost item during Scholar quest Lvl45 Image Of The Ancients

I recently accidently lost one item of the outfit Scholar Gloves.

Right now i am unable to complete the quest without the gloves.

I am unable to abandon the quest.

I lost them 6-8-20 around midday.

How can i either abandon the quest and restart it or obtain the Scholar Gloves?

Any help is appreachiated thank you.

If it is the lvl45 item, did you try the Calamity Salvager? There is one in each start city.

But also, whenever you can't find something, do the following:

/isearch partofname

E.g., /isearch schol

This will print a list in the chat window of all items that exist somewhere in your character data that contain the text you isearched for. If the name of the item you're looking for doesn't show up in the chat window, then you don't have it. But if the name of the item you're looking for does show up in the chat box, you can right click it and Search for Item. That'll open a window that tells you which container or retainer has the item.
