    How often are you starting new characters.?


    Also I looked at your character, you have 1 job at 80, and you aren't focused on end game. What do you do while your logged on?

    You have a buff already 100% to 70 and 50% till 80

    Commendations.
    If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
    If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
    If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

    Only if they should be getting a commendation.
    There are always exceptions to the rules!
