    What if the Job Class isn't based on the Source, but the First? It could be an experimental magic designed to restore the elements back into place that was developed prior to the flood but lost with the exception of some research materials. Now they want to recreate it. That would justify starting at 70 and explain the divergence from any other Source-based Geomancy or the Conjurer's Guild methodology.
