    Can't renew my sub, tried everything.

    my 30 day playtime ran out yesterday and today i jsut can't renew it.

    It always chooses Steam payment by default, but when i log into steam i get an error (service unavailable)
    I can't register my Visa card either (error 601)

    I looked around that you can buy crsyta, but i can't select crysta as a payment method, because it is always on steam payment by default and shows no other options.


    Why do you make it so difficult for your customers to pay for your service? that seems counter productive.

    i'm trying for like 2 hours now to find a solution and im getting really annoyed by now.
