Having problems with directx11 causing the game to crash on me HELP

It looks like your PC has an integrated graphics card and the CPU does meet the minimum specifications. Unfortunately, integrated graphics cards aren't officially supported to run the game. While you may have been able to play before, it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to play after every patch.

We do have some more troubleshooting you can try, but you still might have some issues due to not meeting the minimum requirements:

Try closing any other programs/overlays you might have running in tandem with the game.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
