Help getting to Heavensward

I bought the complete edition, so I have all xpac. I did do what I would call a main MSQ that gave me a box with some blue gear in it. After that, the MSQ in the top-left corner says the next quest is called "With A Little Elbow Grease" but the quest giver is in red and won't give it to me.

I looked this one up andit is a Lvl 35 MSQ. The ARR quests top out at Lvl 50, and then continue for several big patches even after the "end" before you journey to the Heavensward areas. You have a while to go!

It requires two items, and it is possible you only obtained one. I do not remember the specifics of it, unfortunately.

Click one of the grey level icons (i.e. for now, click the "level 30-39" icon) to see the names and the amount of quests. Obviously don't read too much in to the quest titles, and especially don't read the descriptions if you want to avoid spoilers.

Just so you know, the class/job quests aren't MSQ, but side stories (though you should definitely do them as they become available). They get the "important sidequest" icon with the blue + marker to indicate they unlock stuff, but MSQ has the meteor icon.
