Game will periodicly stop responding

As of late, I have been having an issue with my game suddenly cease responding to ability usage, talking to NPC or attacking enemies. as well as other peoples characters ceasing to move. This lasts for a time in which the game will still detect sent data but says its receiving zero data from the server. Then the game will suddenly rush through what was happening server side with all the actions until it is caught back up.

I have tried many solutions like resting may router, reinstalling the game, ensuring that I'm using a wired connection, disabling any programs that might be interfering with the game, and even ensuring that my internet is indeed working during the moments.

I am not quite sure what else to do at this point.

It sounds like you are experiencing some latency with the server. Sometimes this is caused by an unstable wireless connection. Since this is still occurring even with a wired connection and after attempting the other troubleshooting you did, the issue most likely lies along your way to the server. Unfortunately, since this is outside of your home network, we cannot provide additional troubleshooting that will be effective. We'd recommend contacting your ISP and making a report with them.
