    Error i2501

    I have no where else to turn to, I have tried everything I have found online. I purchased 50$ of Crysta using my Paypal, I was charged and obtained the 5,000 Crysta to my mogstation account. My issue is when I go to purchase items using my Crysta, I am getting the error code i2501. I have tried everything online, clearing cache, trying a mobile browser/data, try a different browser, etc. I do not use a VPN, so that isn't the issue, I contacted support to no avail. Why is my account blocked from making purchases, I'm literally trying to purchase something with my Crysta.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
