FFXIV Disappears after going away from keyboard.

Good Day

I've been having an issue where Final Fantasy XIV disappears when I go away for a while. There is no error, no message. The game just stops and it's gone. The process in the Task Manager also disappears. This behaviour happened prior install of windows 10. I reinstalled windows 10 again still happens the same.

What can be done here?

Hi Rhaervis

Also it all started a few weeks ago. Game would disappear every time went Idle. So i decided to make clean install of windows10 and reinstall ff xiv. Apparently this didn't helped. I went with Microsoft Certified only recommended drivers up to this point. It didn't help. So decided to update to the latest drivers and still the same behaviour. Also tried the latest GPU driver version. It all happens very random and only went I get idle. At this point I really dunno what else todo. Deleted app data from %AppData%, changed quality settings for the game. I usually have the game in borderless window. I've noticed that i get a random error message when I sort my inventory in game. doesn't happen every often but there might be a link there.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
6) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

Done and done. All recommendation that you did i followed. Still with the same problem. Upgraded all drivers to the maximum.
My Hardware isn't overheating since. Even after rebooting the operating system.
