    Game Keeps Crashing in Yanxia

    No matter what I do I keep getting dx errors when I am in Yanxia. As a result I currently can't even get passed a cutscene with Yugiri and the group concerning an airship. I have tried taking off DirectX11 and that worked for a bit but as soon as I reached the cutscene or if I return from a dungeon, I get an instant crash. I tried turning back on Directx11 and I got an error upon loading into the game! I don't know what I'm supposed to do to fix this and as a result I haven't played for a couple of days.

    Are you able to provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
