Sent ticket about account being compromised

How long does ticket usually take? Got no email stating i submitted a ticket nor do i see a tracker. I just came back yesterday after 6-7 months. between this morning and last night someone accessed my account from Canada and im missing 21 million gil

I don't think we can really give a time frame at this point of how long it can take.

This thread covers this status of the support center currently with NA servers. (Or keep an eye on the Important Notices forums for updates regarding support centers , etc)

Hopefully it is sooner, rather than later... Just don't be surprised if it takes a little longer than you expect currently.

Someone in our FC had their account compromised back in March. It took two weeks to restore the account, plus another week before they rollbacked the character data (all the gear acquired in that week was lost).

With the current limits on customer service, it will likely take longer. I just want to stress based on what happened to our FC member - don't think getting access back to the account is the end of the process. Wait until you get an email stating the character rollback was also completed before you start purchasing items whether through scrip, tomestone or gil. Otherwise you may end up losing items you had acquired through game play after you got access back.

Thats the thing Kewitt, it was enabled from the day before as well as a password reset. i came back after 6-7 months off. couldn't remember my password. I reset it and kept getting the notification in game about paying for teleporting. So i activated it. Went to bed. woke up, played for about an hour. internet went out. 45 minutes later it came back. logged in. did 2-3 missions and noticed it was gone.
