    Unable to get past 'Select a service account' screen within Launcher (Mac OS)

    I've just purchased the game for Mac OS. After I enter the key I'm taken to the 'Select a service' account screen where I can select my character. However, when I click 'Next', the client just freezes up and after a few minutes my Mac complains that I'm running low on application memory.

    My Mac has more than enough specs to run the game -

    MBP 2017 (2.8Ghz quad core i7)
    16GB memory
    300gb storage available (SSD)
    Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB
    Running MacOS Catalina v10.15.4

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    We would like to recommend completely uninstalling and then reinstalling FINAL FANTASY XIV. Please ensure the game is fully installed and not being launched/opened from the DMG virtual drive.

    Unfortunately no luck. I still have exactly the same issue after reinstalling, it gets stuck on this screen before crashing -

    Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

    Does this happen when you are trying to enter the registration key into the game launcher? Can you try entering the code on the Mog Station website?
