Dragoon alternates between two 5-step combos. You could put them on different bars and have a toggle that switches between them. See my previous post on toggling between two hotbar sets.

Make one bar 1a-2a-3a-4a-4b-switchmodes and the other bar 1b-2b-3b-4b-4a-switchmodes.
