Launcher Connection Error

Since this morning i am getting an error in launcher.

A system error has occured: -2146697211
HTTPS System Error

Things i have tried:
Resetting router
Resetting PC
Running launcher as admin
Disabling Firewall
Ip reset
Deleting FFXIV_BOOT.cfg and restarting

Nothing works. Theres nothing blocking the game or launcher. Other people from my country(Turkey) reported the same issue. Also i cannot login at mogstation as well. I am pretty sure its not on my end.

I have been trying to reply to this post for an hour.
I am currently experiencing the same problem. The launcher can barely load it's news feed and logging in is impossible, if the launcher loads anything but it's background at all.
Many of the sites associated are also having trouble, including this forum. Slow loads or no connection at all.

I assume this is a temporary thing, but it would be appreciated if these kinds of problems could be communicated through something like the FF14 twitter to keep people posted.

its likely a routing issue, since it seems to happens to those who are on central/north europe, meanwhile those of the south europe are unaffected, people who are affected by this say what by using a vpn the issue gets solved

I'm experiencing the same issue (from The Netherlands as well). The problems appears to be present out side of the launcher as well. If you go to the Account Management page, Mogstation and the Official Forums, all 3 sites will report a "Site cannot be reached" with "Connection Timeout" as it's reason.

I am having the same problem as well. I did not have any issues yesterday, was able to play all day but today I cannot login to the game. Forum, mogstation and even lodestone barely loads. I tried restarting computer and router, deleting config file, using vpn and even system restore but nothing worked. I hope this issue would be resolved quick.

have the same problem first i thought it was on my side but checked everything and that was all okay had to redirekt my vpn and now i can log-in
