NMs based on Devs/Reps

I would like to see some NM's implemented based on all Reps/Devs. I think it would be a fun addition to the game to beat up a Malboro named Bayohne with special attacks and what not. Lets not forget the deadly Yoshi-P!~

I wonder... what would Yoshi-P have to be? Probably a notorious Hyur based on his character model they used for the swimsuit link. He'd have some unique attacks, others based on the Monk job.

Smoke Bang - Yoshi-P takes out a cigarette, lights it. Each time he uses it the effect spawns a bomb with relatively weak HP. If not defeated within a few seconds the bomb self destructs and deals fire-based damage to all opponents. This ability is used frequently.
Java Rave - Yoshi-P takes out his secret weapon, a "Cup of Java" and uses it. For 30 seconds he gains a Hundred Fists like effect and beats on you repeatedly.
Bling Bind - Yoshi-P binds you with a giant ring. Cannot be broken or dispelled. Effect lasts for 15 seconds.

Drops would include:
Yoshida's Glasses, All Classes, Required Rank 40. Adds +15 INT, +10 Magic Accuracy, +10 Sleep Resistance.
Yoshida's Cig, THM/BLM weapon, Required Rank 45. Adds +20 Magic Accuracy, +25 Fire Magic Potency, -20 Water Resistance. Has a random chance of inflicting a Burn effect. (Looks like a large cigarette. Drawing it lights up the end with a small plume of smoke added to the tip.)
Yoshida's Mugs, PGL/MNK weapon, Required Rank 45. Adds +25 Attack, -10 Accuracy, +30 Sleep Resistance, "Haste" effect. (A pair of coffee mugs held in each hand. Drawing them adds the "Haste" effect to your attack speed.)
Yoshida's Bling, All Classes, Required Rank 50. Takes up every jewelry slot. Adds +10 to every stat, +40 HP, +20 MP, +5 Enmity. (Two rings, earrings, and a necklace.)
