Problems opening up Norvrandt custom deliveries

I have done each and every side-quest (stopped at By the time you hear this and Deploy the core, which should be way passed the pre-reqs), I have done the MSQ up until A grand adventure, but I can not find any more quests, in any zones in Norvrandt. Checking pre-reqs, I have done them. I'm totally lost here. Is there a quest from earlier expansions that is needed (I haven't done all side-quests in those, but I have opened all the other custom deliveries)?

You need to continue with the MSQ up through the quest "Moving Forward"

Based on the OP's post, they've already started on the 5.1 MSQ, so they're well past that quest.

OP, is it possible that you've accidentally finished the unlock quest already? The unlock quest is named "The Crystalline Mean". To check if you've already completed it, go to the Journal, click Complete, click the Class & Job Quests icon, and select Crystalline Means Quests in the dropdown menu. If the quest isn't listed there, see if Katliss (or any NPCs near her) have any quests. Should be at around 10,8 in the Crystarium.

Based on the OP's post, they've already started on the 5.1 MSQ, so they're well past that quest.

Completing that quest and subsequently talking to the other 5 npcs in that area should have opened up Facet deliveries to you.

Unless you are talking about a traditional custom delivery client (like Zhloe) based in Norvrandt, in which case continue the story, the only Norvrandt client is unlocked further on.

So assuming this is to unlock Kai Shirr as a custom delivery client, there are 2 or 3 things that have to be done. First, you need to unlock collectables in general as well as specifically turning them in on the first. Youve probly done that. Second, you need to get to the end of the patch 5.1 MSQ. You said you were up to "A grand adventure" which is at the start of the 5.1 quests(so another half dozen quests to do basically). When youve hit the pre-req quest, Kai will basically say he has an idea for how he can try to make things better, and to come see him when youre done with the thing youre doing. And the final thing i think you need to do is have the previous custom delivery clients unlocked. Im not actually positive this is required, but i think it is. If it isnt, someone please correct me.

My bad, my mind instantly went to the Facets of the Crystalline Mean when I read "Norvrandt custom deliveries", since Kai-Shirr is just part of the regular old custom deliveries system.

If you're wanting to unlock Kai-Shirr, you'll have to continue on with the 5.1 MSQ.
