What is "vs" with him and SE? According to LinkedIN he's working as a QA for them, and has done so for over 12 years.

Spelled the name wrong: Leong vs. Square-Enix.

The case was decided against and the judge basically said SE (nor anyone else) has an obligation to uphold their end of the TOS.

Cheating is a fact of life.
Do what you can about it.
Push SQEX to do more about it.
But don't let it push you overboard.

What if you functionally cannot?
